Default How long of a wait?

Been trying to get into this game for awhile, I somehow forgot my login info and could not get a password reset sent to my email. Most likely because I now use a different email address and do not have access to the old one. So I sent ncsoft a request to reset my password and sent it to me they asked for all of my info cd keys and such, I gave it to them but did not receive and email with a password, that or it was somehow deleted. I resent them the same request stating the problem or mistake and gave them all of my info over again. Its been close to four days with no response...am I out of luck? I know how fishy this must sound to them. (end vent)

Four days? Woop-dee-doo..

I've been waiting two weeks for them to reply to a question of mine. They probably "escalated" your issue.

Here's their macro (if you haven't already received it as an e-mail):

"I am escalating your ticket to our Guild Wars senior staff members to assist you further. Once they have reviewed your question, one of them will contact you as soon as possible."

As soon as possible would have been 11 days ago, not counting weekends. (Apparently they have weekends off.)

EDIT: By the way, additional messages from you on the same issue just brings your ticket/email to the back of the line.

I swear that is just an automated message. One of these days im going to send them a question help with math homework and put 2+2 and see what they say. My luck been 5-10 days to solve most problems. But in the case of needing to send them my cd keys to get my master account username i think i waited like 2 weeks.

Try sending and email to [email protected] with LOST PASSWORD in the subject line. Include your account name, access keys and ticket number in the message with a polite mention of how long you have been waiting.
